Other than liking the name and the fact that they wish to legalize the herb...
In South African politics I've come to realize that there's very little accountability at the moment, and while there are 400 seats in the National Assembly, anyone with enough support (circa 500 registered voters) can start their own political party, the more parties there are in the National Assembly the smaller and hence more accountableto it's voters it will be

Ideally with about 300 parties represented (not that that will ever happen) they will have to form coalitions around a cause, as they have a smaller voting base and hence are more directly accountable to their voters, these coalitions would would not be taken lightly and there would be many eyes on the outcomes.
